Boiled Vegetables with Minced Beef Sauce Ingredients -2 potatoes (medium size) -1 aubergine -1/2 red and yellow pepper -1/2 pack green beans -200 g minced beef -parsley (chopped) -3 tbsp soy sauce (or barbecue sauce) -1tbsp butter -1tbsp sugar -1 tsp crushed garlic -ground black pepper -1 tsp sesame seeds less than 20 mins less than 20 mins 2 people Preparation method 1. For the boiled vegetables peel a potato and wash then cut into ¼ and soak the pieces of potato in water for about 10 minutes. 2. Cut the aubergine- each piece needs to be 6 mm thick. 3. Cut the red pepper-each piece need to be 2x2cm. 4. Put boiled potatoes into the sauce pan until half done (parboiled). 5. For the minced beef sauce - 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, 6. Turn down the heat on the pan of potatoes to simmer and pour beef sauce into it with red pepper and green beans. Meanwhile, grill sliced aubergine until brown on both sides. 7. After that, stick 1tbsp butter in the pan and make sure everything is thoroughly mixed. 8. To serve, place a serving spoon of the boiled vegetable sauce on a grilled aubergine and then sprinkle sesame seeds and parsley over the dish place.
